Rick Hartmann, PT

Physical Therapist

Rick Hartmann graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in exercise science and athletic training. Rick continued his education at ISU, earning a Master of Science in athletic training in 1991. After 5 years employment in athletic training Rick went on to attend Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Rick has extensive experience in treating general musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injuries, occupational injuries, and post-surgical procedures. Rick enjoys treating all conditions, especially ones involving the wrist, elbow, shoulder and knee.

  • Maitland Manual Therapy and other continuing education with focus areas of Athletic Training and Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
  • Running injury presenter with many years treating running injuries
  • Rick is an avid runner, continues to enjoy running for personal fulfillment and health, 2005 Boston Marathon Finisher
  • Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his boys, camping, running and traveling.

Josiah J. Ryks

Josiah Ryks, PT, DPT graduated from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2010, with a Bachelor's degree in biology. He then moved on to graduate from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015 where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While attending Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, he ran collegiate track and field as a sprinter and has experience as a track and field coach.

  • In 2017 Josiah became certified as a Level 1 USA Track and Field Coach
  • Josiah has worked in outpatient orthopedics as a physical therapist and coach
  • In his free time Josiah enjoys running, hiking, and playing board games

Jennifer Fremgen graduated in 1995 from Indiana University with a degree in Mathematics. She continued her education and earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1997.

After 2016 add 2019 Jennifer partnered with Doctors of Physical Therapy in 2020. Jennifer added dry needling to her practice.

  • Jen is a licensed P.T. as well as a trainer and has 20+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • 2012 Jen began working for STEPS Performing Arts as a Strength and Conditioning Instructor/Coordinator.
  • 2015 Because of her dedication and commitment to her clients, Jen became co-owner of Colletti Physical Therapy.
  • 2016 Earned Certificate in Dance Rehabilitation from Westside Dance PT in New York, NY
  • 2019 Jennifer partnered with Doctors of Physical Therapy
  • 2020 Added dry needling to her practice educated by a Masters of Dry Needling
  • When she is not working, Jen enjoys running, working out at the gym, watching movies, traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Dan Werner first completed his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University and then returned to NIU to finish his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dan graduated with his DPT in 2019 and received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award of 2019.

  • Dan has received extensive clinical education and is well-versed in the treatment of spine related conditions
  • He utilizes several PT treatment philosophies including the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie) method
  • As a new grad, he is eager to promote and contribute to the field of physical therapy and looks forward to coaching all his patients towards a life of optimal functioning and decreased pain
  • In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, camping, and boating

Rebecca White, PT, DPT graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & went on for further education graduating in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Carroll, she also ran as a sprinter on Carroll's Track & Field team.

  • In 2013, Rebecca became certified in lymphedema through UW Milwaukee
  • Rebecca has worked in a general outpatient based clinic since she graduated with extensive experience working with a wide variety of clientele
  • In her free time, Rebecca enjoys her family time including her 1 year old son as well as hiking & exercise

Jessica Krueger graduated in 2017 from Gateway Technical College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science.

  • Jessica is a licensed PTA in the states of Wisconsin and Illinois
  • Jessica joined the dedicated Colletti team in March of 2019
  • In her free time Jessica enjoys yoga, walking her dogs, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her family
  • Jessica is committed to continuing her education so she can provide the best possible care to each of her patients
  • Jessica builds great rapport with each of her patients, and strives to make every patient she works with feel like part of her family
