Taylor Pechauer

Taylor Pechauer, PT, DPT

Taylor Pechauer graduated from Carroll University in 2010 where he received his undergrad degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While attending Carroll, he played collegiate football, and was on both the swimming and track teams. During his grad school years, Taylor coached the swimming and diving team.

  • Taylor's extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient setting working with clients with varying degrees of neurological, orthopedic and sports related conditions.
  • Taylor leads our Sports Performance training programs.
  • Certified in 2D Video Running Analysis.
  • Outside of work, Taylor enjoys road and mountain biking, running and back packing.

Josiah J. Ryks

Josiah Ryks, PT, DPT graduated from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2010, with a Bachelor's degree in biology. He then moved on to graduate from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2015 where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While attending Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, he ran collegiate track and field as a sprinter and has experience as a track and field coach.

  • In 2017 Josiah became certified as a Level 1 USA Track and Field Coach
  • Josiah has worked in outpatient orthopedics as a physical therapist and coach
  • In his free time Josiah enjoys running, hiking, and playing board games

Jennifer Fremgen graduated in 1995 from Indiana University with a degree in Mathematics. She continued her education and earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 1997.

After 2016 add 2019 Jennifer partnered with Doctors of Physical Therapy in 2020. Jennifer added dry needling to her practice.

  • Jen is a licensed P.T. as well as a trainer and has 20+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • 2012 Jen began working for STEPS Performing Arts as a Strength and Conditioning Instructor/Coordinator.
  • 2015 Because of her dedication and commitment to her clients, Jen became co-owner of Colletti Physical Therapy.
  • 2016 Earned Certificate in Dance Rehabilitation from Westside Dance PT in New York, NY
  • 2019 Jennifer partnered with Doctors of Physical Therapy
  • 2020 Added dry needling to her practice educated by a Masters of Dry Needling
  • When she is not working, Jen enjoys running, working out at the gym, watching movies, traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Eileen Dexheimer

Eileen Dexheimer, PT

Eileen graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1987.

Over the past 30+ years, Eileen has worked in a variety of outpatient settings with an emphasis on orthopedics.  She enjoys working with clients of all ages and diagnoses from post op rehab to vestibular rehab. Her experience allows her to look at the client as a whole to determine the direction the rehab should take.

In her free time, Eileen enjoys to golf, travel and spend time with family.

Dan Werner

Dan Werner, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dan Werner first completed his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Northern Illinois University and then returned to NIU to finish his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dan graduated with his DPT in 2019 and received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award of 2019.

  • Dan has received extensive clinical education and is well-versed in the treatment of spine related conditions
  • He utilizes several PT treatment philosophies including the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie) method
  • As a new grad, he is eager to promote and contribute to the field of physical therapy and looks forward to coaching all his patients towards a life of optimal functioning and decreased pain
  • In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, camping, and boating

Rebecca White, PT, DPT

Rebecca White, PT, DPT graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & went on for further education graduating in 2012 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at Carroll, she also ran as a sprinter on Carroll's Track & Field team.

  • In 2013, Rebecca became certified in lymphedema through UW Milwaukee
  • Rebecca has worked in a general outpatient based clinic since she graduated with extensive experience working with a wide variety of clientele
  • In her free time, Rebecca enjoys her family time including her 1 year old son as well as hiking & exercise
